Having been frustrated with the quality of “big box” food we were feeding our family, we set out to become first-generation farmers and changed the way we ate. After experiencing what real food should taste like, we took on the responsibility to share it with our community.

The best sourdough starter there is! A complete beginner here and was able to follow the amazing instructions and make a great loaf first try! 10/10 recommend!
